All livestock is 100% guaranteed alive upon delivery, in the unfortunate circumstance that something does not make it in shipping you will receive 100% store credit.

We highly recommend that you keep your aquarium at normally accepted parameters for fish and corals.

All DOA claims must be made within 24 hrs of receiving shipment, Reef-Mart may request pictures and parameters of aquarium if we believe it is not suitable for inhabitants.
